Power WheelChair Warranty Conditions

  1. All of our products are officially covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of invoice, but some of our models are sold under 3-year warranty.
  2. You can get detailed information about the warranty terms by reading the user manual.
  3. Shipping costs are not charged for products covered by the warranty, all costs are paid by Fulmaks.
  4. Bump, break, etc. Damages caused by user errors are not covered by the warranty, they are paid for.
  5. If the products are repaired in different places other than our Authorized Service and parts are installed, they are out of warranty.

Product Return Policy

Do not take action on product return without talking to our customer representative. If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us within 7 days at the latest from the delivery date.

  1. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or if the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. Product return and replacement conditions are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of the Consumer.
  2. If you have never used the product, the cardboard package can be returned unopened within 14 days, it will be returned to our contracted cargoes and returned with the invoice.
  3. When returning the product, it must be sent undamaged in the same way as the cardboard box packaging sent to you by the factory, otherwise the damaged boxed products will not be returned.
  4. Shipping costs are not charged for damaged and under warranty products. All costs are paid by Fulmaks.
