What should I do when we need service?

First of all, when your product malfunctions or you have a different problem, the first thing to do is to contact our service by calling our factory.

Thanks to the professional PG brand JoySticks we use in all products, we can detect the current malfunction of your power chair on site. JoyStick tries to explain the problem by warning the lamps.

While you are with your electric wheelchair, you can call our customer representative to determine the malfunction and to fix the malfunctions in line with the instructions of our technical service.
